Hello Alphas and thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to shop with us here at Alpha Fashionista! Here at Alpha Fashionista, we do almost anything to keep our customers happy.
If your item is damaged in any way during the shipping process you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return it for an exchange or refund back to your initial payment method. All custom hats are not returnable. Please make sure you are providing the correct sizing.

US Returns
Please fill in your return form letting us know whether you would like to have store credit or would like a refund back to your initial payment method.
If you choose to send the order back to us we recommend using a service where you can track your order.
On our site, you can create return labels by visiting our Returns Link by filling out your order along with your email address, and following the steps. The cost of your return will be deducted from your refund.
You can use your local FedEx by clicking here (maybe this can be clicked somewhere on the site using GPS?)
Ultimately you can send the return back using the carrier of your choice. We do recommend returning your order back using a service that has tracking capabilities.
Very Important Return Info
Our refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed. Once processed it will appear back in your account within 3-5 business days.
When returning an item back to us they must be unwashed and unused with all tags and labels still attached in a respectable condition inside of acceptable packaging. If the return does not meet our company policy standards we will ship the item back to you.
We recommend using the same box/packaging your order arrived in for your return.
Please keep all packaging until you are sure you are keeping the product.
PAYPAL FREE RETURNS
These are only available to those who place their order using PayPal as their payment method.
Once you have returned your item/s at your own cost, if you retain proof of postage showing the value you paid for the return, you can request a refund for your postage fees from PayPal.
